IMPORTANT – New Online Banking LOGON Instructions

To log in to the NEW online banking website for the first time, please use the following:

  • Login ID is set to your existing Logon ID.
  • Login ID must be at least (6) digits/characters long. If the logon ID is less than 6 digits long, members must enter the appropriate # of leading zeros to make a minimum of 6 digits/characters to use as their Logon ID.


    • Example:
    The logon ID 12345 should be entered 012345.
    The logon ID of Fall should be 00Fall.

  • Security Code/Password is the last 4-digits of the primary SSN until it is reset.
  • If you are having issues with logon, please call us at 214-947-1365. After hours help is available at 833-858-0804 for logon support between 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. Please note, this call center is located in the Philippines and has been vetted by our core processor.
